Adam J. Buczek, CPA

Director of Project Finance and Accounting

As the Director of Project Finance and Accounting, Adam is responsible for both the debt and equity financing of the projects, and plays a key role in the due diligence and cost estimating of potential projects.  He also oversees the multifaceted and complex closing process for the projects, as well as entity formation and corporate administration duties.

Adam spent over four years with KPMG, LLP in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice based in Dallas, Texas and was responsible for buy and sell side financial due diligence services in a variety of industries (healthcare, manufacturing, real estate and professional services).   Prior to joining KPMG LLP, he was an auditor for Arthur Andersen, LLP.

Adam earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Baylor University.  He is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas.
