As Director of Acquisitions, Chase is a leader in the company's efforts to locate and negotiate the purchase of new property. He is also responsible for taking projects through the entitlement process and is involved in all aspects of this process, including cost estimation, land planning, zoning, financing, and the marketing of new projects to builders.

Chase earned his bachelor's degree from Princeton University and his master's degree from Yale University.
