Located in Dallas, Texas and founded in 1985 the Skorburg Company is a growing and dynamic real estate development and land investment company committed to being a leader in the development industry. Since inception the Skorburg Company has closed on approximately 50 projects. Currently we have 25 projects in various phases of acquisition, planning and development located throughout Collin, Dallas, Ellis, Rockwall and Tarrant counties. Our projects include retail properties, small infill developments and multi-phased master planned communities, up to seven hundred acres in size.
