Phases I and II are on 150 acres with 3 lakes comprising almost 4 acres of water surface. This community was very well received by the consumers and the values in the community were so strong that the homes sold from the $300 –$600s. In March 2006, Paul Taylor Homes Parker Lake Estate Model was featured on the cover of D Magazine as the “best deal in the county.” Skorburg Company negotiated an intricate and complex deal with the North Texas Water District to introduce residential sewer to the city of Parker, which was previously never allowed. |
