John Arnold

As a Development Partner for the Skorburg Company, Mr. Arnold oversees nearly all aspects of the acquisitions and development process. He is primarily focused on engineering, cost estimating, project management, construction, and plays a major role in the acquisition, zoning, and entitlement functions of the Company.

Prior to joining the Skorburg company in 2013, Mr. Arnold spent the better part of a decade honing his craft in real estate at Eastdil Secured and Lacy Construction. 

Mr. Arnold earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance/International Business/Marketing from Georgetown University and now resides in Dallas with his wife and children. In his spare time Mr. Arnold enjoys travelling, hunting, fishing, and golfing.
