Managing Director - Finance & Operations

Claire Shannon is the Managing Director of Finance & Operations for Skorburg Company. Claire oversees all aspects of project financing, from initial underwriting and deal structuring to reporting and risk management. She also manages the operational functions of project development by coordinating with our construction team, HOA managers, and builders.

Prior to joining Skorburg Company in 2021, Claire served as a Senior Financial Analyst for an industrial developer, Panattoni Development Company, in both their Dallas, TX and Newport Beach, CA offices.

Claire graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Finance in 2018.
