Humberto ‘JR’ Johnson

Humberto Johnson serves as Land Development Engineer with the Skorburg Company.  He is heavily involved in entitlements, land development engineering and cost estimating for new acquisition projects. Humberto also provides zoning and construction project management support for active projects.

Before joining Skorburg Company in 2020, Humberto spent over 3 years at Pape Dawson Engineers as a project manager, primarily for LGI Homes, LLC, working on developments all over Texas. Prior to his time at Pape Dawson Engineers, Humberto spent over four years at Petitt & Associates Engineering in Richardson, Texas where he designed and managed several single family and multi-family developments for various homes builders and developers in North Texas.  

Humberto earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from University of Texas at Arlington and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
