Kevin Geyer

As the Development Construction Manager for the Skorburg Company, Mr. Geyer oversees field operations for onsite construction.

Prior to joining Skorburg Company, Mr. Geyer worked in various industries of construction for over 30 years.  His experience includes owning and operating a residential construction company and serving as the area manager in the production home building industry. Mr. Geyer was also given the opportunity to work in the heavy civil industry at Texas Sterling for nearly a decade where he worked as a project coordinator, superintendent, and project manager overseeing all aspects of projects. His building experience includes everything from bridges, highways, installing infrastructure for TxDot and city municipalities to home construction. Mr. Geyer later joined Mario Sinacola where he transitioned from heavy highway to development construction where he served as the Senior Project Manager overseeing scheduling, cost, and construction of developments. After several years with Sinacola he went on to join Republic Property Group, where he was the Development Construction Manager and oversaw every aspect of construction for Master Planned developments throughout the DFW area. Mr. Geyer was heavily involved in planning, scheduling, bidding, contract awards, pre construction, and construction of all communities. Mr. Geyer also served as the VP of the HOA board for the community and represented RPG at city meetings and planning boards.

Mr. Geyer resides in Saginaw with his wife, Kristi. They have 5 children between them.  In his spare time, Kevin loves to play softball, travel with his wife, play golf, and enjoys any outdoor activities.
