Dan Beltran

Dan joined the Skorburg Company in the summer of 2023.  His primary focus as a Land Acquisition Associate is identifying new land opportunities, underwriting prospective developments, and market research. 

Prior to joining the Skorburg Company, Dan worked as a valuation and marketing analyst for a multi-family brokerage in the Dallas area producing financial models and offering memorandums for prospective listings.

Dan attended the University of Oklahoma where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Price College of Business, majoring in both Finance and Marketing. Dan is also a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas.
