Price Peters

Price Peters serves as a Development Associate for the Skorburg Company. As a Development Associate, he is responsible for identifying new multifamily land acquisitions, underwriting potential land acquisitions, and establishing relationships with new business partners for the multifamily division. Additionally, he is active in the zoning and entitlement process for new projects.

Prior to joining Skorburg Company in 2023, Price spent two years as a Development Associate for a multifamily developer, Lennar Multifamily, in the Chicago, IL office. Prior to Price’s time in Chicago, IL, he served as a Commercial Real Estate Underwriter for two years at Texas Capital Bank assisting with the financing of multifamily construction loans.

Price graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate Finance in 2018.
