Anna Claire Nichol joined the Skorburg Company in the spring of 2025 as a Land Acquisition Research Analyst. In her role, she focuses on conducting in-depth market research and supporting the Acquisitions team in identifying and sourcing land opportunities.

Prior to joining Skorburg, Anna Claire earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University. She is also a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas.
