Kevin W. Harrell

Kevin Harrell serves as the Land Acquisition Manager for the Skorburg Company. He leads the Acquisition Department in market research, deal sourcing, contract negotiations and acquisition of prospective developments. In addition, he assists with transaction management, builder relations, due diligence, and entitlements.

Kevin began his career as a land and investment broker at Novus Realty Advisors and Younger Partners for over four years prior to joining Skorburg Company as a Land Acquisition and Development Associate in October of 2019.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University, and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas.

In his free time, Kevin enjoys golfing, exercising, hunting, fishing and watching college football.
