Neil Stenberg

Vice President of Acquisitions

Neil Stenberg is Vice President of Acquisitions for the Skorburg Company. His primary focus is on the sourcing and acquisition of new land development and investment opportunities. In addition, he plays an active role in zoning and entitlements.

Prior to joining the Skorburg Company in January 2020, Neil attended Texas Christian University where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the TCU Neeley School of Business, majoring in both Finance with a Real Estate Concentration and Entrepreneurial Management.

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Neil is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing and golfing.
